In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To create and maintain an Account on cnn303, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not a professional player acting in a commercial capacity contrary to these Terms;
5. You are not an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of cnn303 or any of its affiliated entities;
6. You do not already hold an Account on the Platform — each individual is permitted to hold one Account only;
7. You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by cnn303 for breach of these Terms.

cnn303 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cnn303 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued photo ID;
• A recent selfie photograph holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note stating "cnn303" and the current date;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bank account in your name).

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours during WIB business hours. cnn303 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are insufficient for verification purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify cnn303 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.

cnn303 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. If cnn303 determines that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. The Player's primary Account may also be permanently suspended at cnn303's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cnn303 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions on cnn303 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied on our end; any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. cnn303 does not charge deposit processing fees. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the cnn303 Account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction;
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal and will be forfeited upon request if the Player elects to withdraw prior to fulfilling wagering conditions;
• cnn303 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks prior to approving withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cnn303 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction or series of transactions that triggers our internal AML thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cnn303 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• The Wagering Requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received;
• Only bets placed with Real Money Balance count towards the Wagering Requirement — bets placed with Bonus Balance do not count unless explicitly stated;
• Certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer table games and specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards the Wagering Requirement;
• Bonus Balance expires if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cnn303 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Any of the following constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Balance, potential voiding of related winnings, and Account suspension:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms;
• Placing bets on both sides of an outcome using the same or linked Accounts to guarantee bonus conversion;
• Any other conduct that cnn303 reasonably determines to be an abuse of a promotional offer.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, football wagering), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and live in-play betting — are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. cnn303 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable pricing error has occurred, where a market was offered in error, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are subject to the rules of the relevant card or table game as displayed on-screen.

6.3 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets available on cnn303 operate according to draw schedules and prize structures published on the relevant market pages. Results are determined by official draws and are final once confirmed. No claims will be accepted after the stated claims deadline for each draw period.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, cnn303 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue equitably. Where game state data cannot be recovered, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded. cnn303's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cnn303 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains will be voided;
• Colluding with other Players or with dealers in live game environments;
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward cnn303 staff or other users.

All content on the cnn303 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is the proprietary property of cnn303 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without cnn303's prior written consent.

cnn303 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cnn303's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cnn303 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not cnn303 was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy of odds, game statistics, or market information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from Force Majeure events, including internet disruptions, banking system outages, or third-party payment provider failures;
• Losses attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

11.1 Termination by cnn303

cnn303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or e-wallet provider;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent cnn303 from continuing to offer services to you.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 4.3. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC clearance. Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cnn303 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents cnn303 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

cnn303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Agreement will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately for changes required by law or to address security threats.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
